Harey 8 2018 - one of the children's races

The start and finish of the main race will be at the Triangle Field. The route will take runners around a loop of the Triangle Field before heading out towards Hungerford Common. There, runners will be directed on a course taking in the beautiful Port Down Common before descending gently towards Templeton/Trinity Stud. It then follows a circular clockwise route on footpaths, providing stunning views of Combe and the countryside. The runners will then return via the Common to the Triangle Field.

See map of route here.

Here's what runners said about last year's race

"Very well marshalled and easy to follow the route.  It was my first trail run which was a wonderful challenge and beautiful scenery compared with tarmac. A very well organised local run across beautiful countryside."

"Very well marshalled, friendly and helpful."

"First timer. Loved it! Excellent facilities. Lovely scenic trail run. Very well marshalled and organised. Will come again and bring friends."
