Beginners guide
Since the club started in June 2007 we have always encouraged new runners to join the club. We have run two successful beginners programmes which aims to have complete beginners running 5K in 6 weeks.
The first programme which we ran last year was a huge success and many went on to complete the Reading Half marathon in March .
Our next beginners programme starts on Tuesday 13th May. The programme is aimed at complete beginners but we can adapt it depending on peoples individual fitness and previous running experience.

RW's 5K Schedules - Runner's World Racing
This schedule would be suitable for anyone who may have entered the Newbury 5K race for life on the 6th July.
